Hosted Remote Contact Application Software for Volunteers (ReCAP™)

In order to more fully engage volunteers in soliciting donations, organizing political action campaigns or  getting-out-the-vote, CAPTEL developed ReCAP™ -- a Web-based software application offering the same features and functionality as the system used by CAPTEL’s professional calling staff.

ReCAP™ enables an authorized volunteer user (who has access to the Internet via a Web browser) to log-on remotely to the ReCAP™ system and call targeted names from the client’s database.  The system provides all the tools necessary for a volunteer to conduct a successful “peer-to-peer” call, including suggested scripts, prior giving history of the individual being called and ways to capture contribution pledge information, including donations made by credit card.  Moreover, the system generates personalized pledge follow-up letters for those who wish to make a contribution by check.
