For all calling and social media programs, CAPTEL assigns employees to client programs on an "exclusive" basis. Representatives working on a specific client program will not be assigned simultaneously to other CAPTEL projects for the duration of a particular client calling or social media program. This practice assures clients that CAPTEL representatives will be knowledgeable about client organizations and issues, and that conversations with client members or donors will be well-informed.
