Manages employee pay and benefit programs and administers company personnel policy compliance. She joined CAPTEL in 1999 as a part time Client Representative while pursuing her B.S. degree from Strayer University. Upon graduation, she assumed the title of Human Resources Administrator responsible for employee records management, payroll preparation for client representatives, employee benefits, and personnel policy compliance. In 2006 she was promoted to her current title Human Resources Director. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
