Joe McCeney, Executive Vice President and C.O.O.
Served as Deputy Director of Finance and Director of Direct Marketing at both the RNC and the NRSC. McCeney also served in the Bush Administration at the Department of Commerce, and, prior to political and government service, he was a bank officer in the commercial loan department at the (former) American Security Bank in Washington, D.C. McCeney holds a B.S. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from The George Washington University.
